Answers:

1. If a crime has occurred or is in progress.  Immediately call 9-1-1 and inform the
police.

2. You should be receiving a court notice from district court within a few days.  The
notice should advise you of the date and time of the hearing.

If you received a citation directly from an officer. Detailed instructions are listed on
the back of the citation.

3. All fines will be paid to District Court 32-1-33.  Information for doing so will be on
the back of the citation.

4. You can choose to plead not guilty and receive a court hearing.  Information for
doing so will be on the back of the citation.

5. You can pay the ticket at the Millbourne Borough Office, Monday - Friday  from
9am - 3:30pm or drop the envelope with included payment in the drop off mail slot.

6. You can contact the Millbourne Borough Office at 610-352-9080.  There is a
$15.00  fee for any police report.

7. You can contact District Court at 610-626-6900.  The court house is also located
at 1550 Garrett Rd., Upper Darby, PA 19082

8. To obtain information on filing for a PFA and, with few exceptions, free legal
representation throughout the process, you can contact the Domestic Abuse
Project at (610) 565-4590 or go the their office (
see map) before 10:30 AM Monday
through Friday for same day Court appearance. After 10:30 AM, assistance will be
provided for next day Court appearance. If you wish to file on your own (Pro Se) you
may go to the
Office of Judicial Support (see map) in the Media Courthouse or seek
private legal counsel. If you qualify, Delaware County Legal Assistance provides free
representation at hearing for permanent Orders.
Their services are not available for temporary Orders. Delaware County Legal

9. Yes, contact the Police Department at 610-352-1450 and  inform us of what days
you will be away from your residence.  Please provide your address and
emergency/contact information.

10. Yes, the curfew for Millbourne Borough is 10:30 PM Sunday - Thursday and
Midnight Friday and Saturday.
